Orientation
At the orientation walk for your new home, we’ll provide you with an Orientation Binder that contains a maintenance manual to help you with preventative maintenance in and around your home. This binder will also contain contact information for general inquires and emergencies.
Courtesy Walk
Approximately eleven months after your home purchase, you can contact our office to set up a courtesy walk. In this walk, we’ll review and correct any warrantable issues you may have.
Emergencies
If you have a problem or concern in your new home that is an emergency situation, follow the procedures as explained by your builder and as outlined in your Orientation Binder. An emergency would constitute a safety hazard to your family or a situation that would cause further damage to your home. Your safety is our priority, so please don’t hesitate to contact us.
